Staying at home, drinking one or two beers, playing some games and enjoying to do nothing at all. This was Nino’s perfect Christmas, but this year everything was different.

 

“How about going out for dinner?” Sho had suggested. No, Nino wouldn’t like this. But what should he do? He couldn’t refuse, so he nodded slowly. “Good, I’ll pick you up around 7pm. Be prepared.”

 

Be prepared? For what? It was just a dinner…

 

Nino had thought about where Sho wanted to go for the whole day, but he couldn’t think of something else than some yakiniku or Okonomiyaki. He almost jumped out of the apartment when he heard Sho knocking on his door. “Do you have your warm clothes? It shall snow today.”

 

Nino pulled one eyebrow up. It was cold outside, but there was no cloud on the sky, and he could even see one or two stars. There wouldn’t be snow any time soon. Nino took the items Sho had asked for and followed him to the car.

 

When they left town Nino got curious. Where the hell would they go? “Come,” Sho said after a while and pulled Nino to an airplane. They were indeed at the airport.

 

“Where the hell are we going?” Nino wanted to know.

“I rent a small cottage in the north.” Sho smiled brightly.

 

Oh no, Nino didn’t want to leave home. He wanted to stay in his apartment, playing games, and not spending a whole weekend in a cottage anywhere nowhere, even though he would spend it with Sho.

 

“Don’t worry, I bought a Playstation and some games, in case you’ll need it.” He grinned sheepishly and bent forward to kiss Nino. “Just in case you get bored.”

 

Nino blushed a little. “Stupid..,” he murmured. But slowly he doubted that he’d need the Playstation…
